Sculptra is a collagen biostimulator that does not require incisions or lasers to improve skin laxity. Sculptra injections stimulate the body’s natural collagen production, making your face appear more youthful and natural than other injectables that weaken facial muscles. How does Sculptra work?

Through stimulation of new collagen production, Sculptra volumizes the body and replaces lost volume over time. It is made from poly-l-lactic acid. The effects of Sculptra can last up to two years.

When will I start seeing results after my Sculptra treatment?

The results of your Sculptra injections will continue to improve for about three months. Maximum results are seen at 9 months. Additional treatments may be required to achieve optimal correction. One vial per decade is needed for correction. For example, a person who is 50 years old will need 5 vials for correction.

How long do the results of Sculptra typically last?

Sculptra has FDA approval to last up to 2 years with appropriate correction.

Will I have any downtime after a Sculptra treatment?

Sculptra treatments require no downtime; however, you may experience temporary swelling, redness, and bruises.
